In addition to United Way funds and federal/state grants we receive, Social Health Association of Indiana relies on support from donors to reach as many youth as possible with critical health information. Generous contributions from the community allow us to offset some of the costs of delivering our programs in innovative and interactive ways. The average cost to provide one hour of health education is $225 per classroom of 25 children, roughly $9 per child.
